i was all about these books as a kid and have read them more than i should have a million times and i can say 100% that their fucking aunt was the most annoying character in all of them
and there were a lot of annoying on purpose characters
but she was

i found it really funny that she was like the last actual family member that the kids got sent off to but she was also just so fucking irritating that they didnt want to be with her despite her being their last living relative or some shit
